Every logo contains a certain imagery which can be explained; this applies to ours as well:
The golden-yellow "I" is encircled by a ring and stands for the value of each and every person - in the flag of Tanzania, this colour stands for the natural resources of the country - as well as for the personification of the target groups (integrated), represented by the group of people integrated in it; this group has been given the colour black to denote the colour of the skin. The green of the full name of the organisation has been adapted to the colour of globally active aide-organisations (Green Cross etc.). The dominating blue is the most popular colour with women as well as with men. It is associated with many positive characteristics: likeability, harmony, friendliness, friendship. Blue is the colour that denotes distance, expanse and infinity. Blue is the colour of trust and reliability. Blue is quiet and relaxing; green is more still and calming. Blue is the colour which can create the strongest effects of perspective in photos and pictures, also known as "air perspective" in artistic circles. The symbolism "cleanliness / hygiene" is the only one in which blue plays a secondary role (white diagram*).
